Areas: Jacksonville

Community association manager to provide management, direction and leadership for an association in Jacksonville. Will manage all employees and vendors and be responsible for the performance of association management services. Responsibilities include working closely with the association and board to manage and operate the community and facilitate solutions to problems. Strong management skills, customer service skills and supervisory skills in support of the care and maintenance of the community.

Requirements:

* 5 years of association management experience.

* Clean driving record.

* Bachelor degree a plus, but not required.

* Financial management.

* Performance management.

* Ethical conduct.

* Attention to detail.

* Organized.

* Leadership.

Responsibilities:

* Inspect the community and make maintenance recommendations.

* Develop and submit complete and accurate annual budget, meeting all deadlines and demonstrating thorough analysis and consideration for the goals of the association as well as market conditions to make qualified decisions.

* Develop and maintain an effective ongoing resident relation plan, implement initiatives and maintain an operating environment to achieve a satisfactory level of resident services.

* Analyze advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions to problems and make recommendations to the board.

* Prepare for, attend, present managers reports and financial reports, and summarize in notes and minutes all board meetings.

* Fully develop all potential revenue opportunities.

* Implement standard operating procedures.

* Provide leadership and direction, monthly financial statements and deficiencies to the board members.
