CAM for a condominium in Hallandale Beach. Will be responsible for managing the community and open projects. Upcoming projects include a reserve study, stucco and rebar repairs, major roof repair and major plumbing repairs.
Requirements:
* Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
* Excellent organizing skills. Must be able to manage the office, process vendor payments and schedule repairs.
* Good management skills. Will manage staff consisting of one office manager, one maintenance person and two cleaning people.
* Excellent communication skills. Must answer all owner questions promptly and politely while effectively dealing with their concerns.
* Willingness to walk the community at least twice every day.
* Available for emergencies that could occur during off hours.
* Bilingual would be nice, but will consider qualified candidates who speak only English. Job #12941
