Let's support each other. This is a great industry we all work in. As managers, board members, educators and service providers we can all lift each other up and help one another. I recently observed a community association service provider putting down other service providers in our industry and it made me feel sad. I wish they would understand that their actions have consequences for everyone involved. We can choose to be positive and uplifting while working towards our common goals.
