Full time experienced onsite community manager needed in Sarasota. Must have strong project management skills. Will be responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, maintenance and security functions of the community.
Must be proficient in computer skills, especially email, Word and Excel. Must be competent in financial management, project management, have strong organizational skills and perform all functions in a professional and respectful manner. Must also have strong interpersonal skills.
Must have a knowledge of relevant codes, laws and ordinances, acquire and maintain knowledge of current state condominium laws, fire and health codes, workman compensations laws, declaration of condominium, bylaws and rules and regulations of the condominium.
Must have an ability to deal with complaints objectively and consistently, knowledge of rule enforcement methods, ability to communicate rules and the ability to provide documentation of due process.
Must have basic accounting skills, budget planning and analysis skills, knowledge of financial reports, state and federal laws and long term and short term financial planning skills.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years CAM related experience.
* Advanced command of computer systems, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Outstanding customer service.
* Excellent people skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
