Community association manager needed for an elite gated community in Vero Beach. At least 5 years of CAM experience is preferred. This position includes several small condominiums and homeowners associations within the same community. Responsibilities include meeting coordination and attendance, budget preparation, vendor supervision and project management. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in all standard software, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with MyGreenCondo is a plus.
