Part time manager to provide management, direction and leadership to an association in the Melbourne area, 30 hours per week, 5 days per week, 6 hours per day. Must have experience in covenant enforcement, preparing for and conducting association meetings, preparing bids, overseeing vendors and contractors and providing excellent customer service to the community. Previous management experience preferred. Will report to the president and manage the office staff and the maintenance technician. $25 per hour, $200 per month towards health insurance, $35 per month towards cell phone and 401k at 4%.
