Amazing onsite manager for a beautiful, gated community of single family homes in Fort Myers. This energetic manager will be the leader at the community. Will get to know the residents, vendors and board and effectively manage the community.
Duties:
* Implement the decisions of the board in running the day to day operations of the community.
* Perform site inspections, document violations and corrections.
* Attend board and committee meetings and prepare timely minutes.
* Prepare board packets prior to meetings.
* Involvement in the budget process.
* Obtain bids from vendors.
* Effectively communicate with the board.
* Monitor contracts.
* Prepare mailings.
* Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely fashion.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Management experience a must.
