Senior manager/Portfolio manager for associations in Northern Palm Beach County and Southern Martin County. Must be a dynamic, experienced CAM manager with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in Florida. Must have a familiarity with the administrative and maintenance functions required below, as well as a solid financial background. Will also be responsible for all aspects of the day to day management of several high end communities. This individual will also be responsible for the supervision and mentoring of other managers, as well as assist the company executives with certain high level functionality.
* Must have statutory knowledge of relevant Florida condominium and homeowners association codes, laws, ordinances and maintain knowledge of current state condominium laws, fire and health codes, tax requirements and local ordinances.
* Required to have expert level with computerized financial, customer relations software, association management software, preferably TOPS and Microsoft Office Suite and be prepared to upgrade the software package to improve flow and efficiencies in record keeping, bookkeeping, work order system, preventive maintenance program, security and concierge services.
* Proficiency with integrated software for capital planning and fixed asset studies.
* Must have technical skills to troubleshoot any technical issues, including internet, voip, network issues and miscellaneous IT problems, including all service issues effecting the owners.
* Must have expertise with electronic security devices including cameras, door boxes and automated gate equipment.
* Must have experience in negotiating bulk contracts.
* Preferred in having a Bachelor’s degree in either business administration, management, marketing, accounting, construction management or any related association management degree.
* Must be on call for all emergencies.
* Must have construction knowledge with the ability to oversee any size project for common area related projects and be able to prepare RFP’s when necessary for contracts and bid specifications for projects.
