Onsite manager for a condominium in Ormond Beach. Must operate consistent with the goal to strive to make the condominium an extraordinarily appealing condominium by preserving, upgrading and enhancing the association, fostering a sense of community, pursuing the interests and concerns of the owners, making excellence the minimum standard and organizing and executing around priorities. The ability to establish a professional relationship with the board is a key criterion. The maintenance and enhancement of the appearance of the community is a key criterion. Current projects include concrete restoration, painting and waterproofing and the waste water treatment plant.
Responsibilities:
* Enforcement of the rules and regulations.
* Inspections and corrective action follow up.
* Consistent and high quality customer service.
* Prepare and contribute an article to each monthly newsletter.
* Report to the board on the status of association issues, ground keeping,
delinquent accounts and owner complaints.
* Attend and record the minutes of all board meetings.
* Submit timely, complete and accurate yearly budget reporting, accounting and financial reporting for board meetings.
