Areas: Daytona Beach

Onsite licensed community association manager for a Daytona Beach condominium. Must have a minimum of 3 years of community management experience. Will report to the board and be responsible for the implementation of operating policies and decisions and directives of the board and the day to day operations and maintenance of the building and amenities.

Requirements:

* Professional demeanor and character.

* Ability to set priorities, plan, organize and delegate effectively.

* Demonstrated customer service focus and excellent telephone etiquette.

* Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other industry related software.

* A background knowledge and understanding of construction practices is preferred.

Responsibilities:

* Manage day to day physical and financial operations of the association.

* Oversee current construction projects.

* Maintain in depth knowledge and understanding of governing documents, rules and regulations and Florida statutes.

* Timely response to unit owner requests.

* Facilitate preventive maintenance programs.

* Prepare for and facilitate association meetings.

* Negotiate bids and proposals for the benefit of the condominium. Job #12322
