Part time manager for a high end condominium in Fort Lauderdale, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Will be responsible for ensuring the overall management of the association and to promote a high standard of ethics among unit owners. Will also oversee all needs of the association, enforcing rules and regulations and preparing financial statements and budgets. Will soon change the tv and internet from Comcast to Hotwire Communications.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in community association management.
* 3 years of financial management and budget planning experience.
* Ability to effectively communicate with residents and vendors.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Ability to maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all aspects of work and interactions with residents. Job #12995
