Rental manager to manage the daily operations of a condominium on beautiful Siesta Key. Responsibilities will include handling tenant relations, advertise vacant properties, manage financial matters for the rental program, coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases and preparing performance reports. Should be able to supervise an on site assistant and ensure efficient daily operations and meet financial objectives.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED.
* Experience as a rental agent or rental manager, use of RNS software a plus, but not required.
* Professional customer service skills.
* Ability to work in fast paced environment.
* Familiarity with use of a PC and proficient in Word, Excel and G-Suite email required.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* Detail oriented, self motivated with the ability to prioritize and organize.
* Monitor delinquencies and track collections.
* Strong time management and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
This position requires business dealings front line with the public, owners, vendors and board members involving leasing and marketing, as well as supervise an onsite assistant. These dealings include answering all incoming rental phone inquiries, respond to emails, greet guests at check in, preparing housekeeping schedules, inspecting rental units, inventory and handle reservation details including financials. Assist in online marketing programs to generate new reservations and be the social media and website liaison to write posts.
