General manager for an upscale community in Naples. Must be a strong, dynamic manager with at least 5 years of previous condominium management experience. Will oversee the day to day management of the community with responsibility for leading all aspects of the condominium, to include resident, board and employee satisfaction and financial performance. Must have experience in facilities and be able to manage large projects.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of condominium management experience.

* Hospitality experience, with a food and beverage background preferred.

* Must be proactive, professional, responsible and a team player.

* Strong communication and financial skills.

* Great personality, able to work with a variety of personalities and handle issues in a professional manner.

* Excellent at motivating and leading a team.

* Must have a take charge approach and be dedicated to the well being of the association and safety of the residents.

* Must be capable of managing staff, managing the finances of the association and coordinating with the board.

* Must be experienced with project management and obtaining contractor and vendor bids in negotiating best terms.

* Excel, Word and Outlook are required programs to know.

* Bilingual preferred, English/Spanish.
