Experienced portfolio manager for associations from Lake Worth to Boca Raton. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of portfolio management expertise and superior administrative skills. Must be proficient in budget preparation and financial review. Strong problem resolution and organizational skills are required. Will have the support of an assistant manager, corporate administrative assistant, accounts receivable, accounts payable, estoppels, human resources and payroll coordinator to aid in the day to day management duties.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of association management experience.

* Proficient in Cinc, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Strongroom.

* Strong written and communication skills in English and Spanish is a plus.

* Payroll processing skills, time sheets and experience with general human resources practices.

* Knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes.

* Organize and attend board meetings.

* Proficient at working with contractors, obtaining bids and negotiation contracts, overseeing projects and maintaining external contracts and maintenance team.

* Impeccable organization skills.

*Consultant and advisor to the boards. Assertive problem resolution skills are a must.

* Impeccable organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi task.
