HOA administrative assistant/receptionist for an association in Palm Beach Gardens, CAM license not required. Must be a hard working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of related work experience and a minimum of high school diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
* Accounts receivable, accounts payable and some bookkeeping experience preferred.
* Full working knowledge of all Microsoft Office platforms required.
* Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
* Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
* Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively follow through on issues in a timely manner.
* Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment with limited supervision.
* Detail oriented and self motivated.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with coworkers and clients (via phone, email and in person).
* Must have the ability to comply with policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google.
* Attention to detail and math skills are also essential.
* Possess a valid driver’s license.
* Reliable and professional demeanor.
