Community association manager for a condominium in Fort Walton Beach. Experience in community association management required.
Requirements:
* Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work well with owners, staff and vendors.
* Have ability to hire, train and manage staff.
* Be able to evaluate, monitor and secure necessary professional services.
* Be able to manage association business within approved budgets.
* Maintain current knowledge of condominium laws and regulations.
* Be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Excel and preferably QuickBooks.
* Maintain current knowledge of condominium laws and regulations.
* Knowledge of statutory requirements regarding liens and foreclosures.
* Basic accounting skills, budget planning and financial reports.
Responsibilities:
* Administrative tasks.

* Coordinate and attend all meetings.

* Report to the board any concerns regarding condominium laws and regulations.
* Review the accountant's monthly and annual reports for accuracy.
* Assist with the annual creation of the operating and reserve budgets.
