December 03, 2022 - Community Association Manager: $50,000-$65,000

Community association manager for an association in Southern Palm Beach County. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience actively managing community associations. Will be responsible for providing the overall management of the community association, including, inspections and overall physical property maintenance, vendor and contract management, budgeting and invoice processing, interactions with owners, vendors, board members and committee members. Although enjoying considerable discretion and independence, the will perform all duties in accordance with the association’s policies, processes and procedures, also consistent with the management philosophy. If hired, it will be required to prove that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine or have a valid religious or medical reason not to be vaccinated.

* Ability to successfully work with a wide range of individuals including vendors, office staff, community members and all levels of management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supervise the operation and administration of the association in accordance with the association's policies and applicable laws.

* Act as the primary liaison with the board, owners, committees, realtors, etc.

* Perform and direct administrative and management duties.

* Ensure community management tools are being effectively developed and utilized such as annual calendar, action item list, resolution worksheets, timed agendas, RFP matrixes, committee charters, procurement procedures, operating budget, etc.

* Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the board.

* Fully understand the declarations, articles, bylaws and rules, generate violation notices and manage enforcement process.

* Provide and/or oversee recommendations to the board and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.

* Monitor delinquency rates and collections process.

* Attend board meetings and community events.

* Prepare board packages according to established time frames.

* Ensure the board is aware of legal matters involving the association.

* Maintain unit and contract files and all statutorily mandated records.

* Assist with the architectural review process and routine inspections.

* Coordinate and oversee inspection of common areas and arrange appropriate follow up actions.
