Portfolio manager for 8-12 communities in the Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte area. At least 2 years of experience is required. Will be fully supported with an administrative assistant, Account Department and a Work Order Department.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal communication computer skills required.
* Knowledge of TOPS Software and CINC preferred.
* Must have a valid driver’s license.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word.
* Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
* Action and results oriented, enthusiastic.
