Areas: Panhandle

Portfolio manager site and project liaison for associations in South Walton and Okaloosa County along 30A and Destin. Prefer at least 3-5 years of association management experience.

Requirements:

* Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, using typical office and telecommunication equipment such as phone, radio, computer, printer, copier and email.

* Must be able to regularly inspect associations for necessary maintenance and repairs and oversee contractors.

* Must be able to maintain professional relationships and work cooperatively with all staff members.

* Must be able to work without supervision.

Responsibilities:

* Communication: Attend owner and board meetings. Interact regularly and act as liaison with board members, owners and contractors. Investigate and resolve complaints. Provide regular update reports.

* Project Management: Work with contractors and engineers on special projects. Prepare general bid specifications for maintenance issues and special projects.

* Inspections and Maintenance: Inspect the grounds, facilities and equipment of each association on a weekly basis for maintenance issues, cleanliness and upkeep. Develop and prepare routine and preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules for each association. Develop work order requests for maintenance items or special projects. Solicit bids from contractors for repairs that cannot be handled by the maintenance staff and monitor the performance of contractors.

* Association Administration: Assist with preparation of annual budgets, recommendations for special projects, possible adjustments for capital reserves or replacement funds, recommendations for agenda items for board meetings and annual meetings. Review proposed changes or improvements and be familiar with and comply with governing documents and provisions of legislation. Purchase supplies and equipment for the associations.
