Areas: Tampa

Onsite manager for a garden style condominium with strong financials in South Tampa. Responsible for office functions, supervision of one maintenance worker and one contract housekeeper, vendor and contract solicitation and management, budget development, monthly board packages and attend board meetings, coordinate with CPA for invoice processing and financial statement development. Full time, 40 hours per week, will be on call for nights and weekends.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years of actively managing a community association.

* High school diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

* A strong background in special project management is preferred.

* Team member who supports association board members.

* Excellent people skills. Ability to communicate effectively with managers, residents, guests and employees in one on one and small group situations in a fast paced environment.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Buildium software experience preferred. QuickBooks experience is helpful.

* Excellent written and verbal communication.

* Ability to make sound business decisions and work effectively with little or no supervision.

* Superior time management skills and detailed follow through.

* Strong problem solving and conflict management.

* Ability to successfully work with a wide range of personnel including vendors, personnel, office staff and all levels of management. Ability to motivate staff. Team culture. Job #10850
