Onsite CAM for an association in Orlando. Will ensure the community is organized and operated in accordance with governing documents. Will work with the board, attorney and contractors. Will also facilitate solutions to problems. Strong management skills, proficiency in customer service, financials, budgeting and supervisory capabilities are required.

Requirements:

* Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

* Experience with site inspections and conducting meetings.

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations or documents with a similar degree of complexity.

* Strong managerial background with 1-3 years of experience as a manager.

Responsibilities:

* Must be able to successfully balance projects.

* Complete projects by motivating, supervising and directing a team.

* Display an exceptional ability to analyze and deal with situations.

* Handle potentially stressful situations with composed authority.

* Review financial reports and develop complete and accurate budgets.

* Possess knowledge of assets, cash balances, availability of funds for projects and cash flow management for capital improvements.

* Ensure improvement and maintenance of common areas.
