Experienced CAM for a beachfront high rise condominium on the Galt Mile in Fort Lauderdale. Must have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience managing a luxury condominium. Must be professional, energetic, motivational skills and organized with proven leadership and excellent customer service. Knowledge of building infrastructure components. College degree and bilingual in Spanish a plus. High proficiency with computer software and the internet, including QuickBooks, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

* Insure owner adherence to association document requirements, rules and regulations.

* Address all owner inquires and concerns.

* Conduct daily walks and monthly site reports.

* Oversee all board approved initiatives to meet budgetary and contractual requirements.

* Participate in board and committee meetings.

* Provide efficient and effective vendor management for all contracted services.

* Complete budget preparation and review all monthly financial reports for budgetary variances.

* Approve all vendor and service provider invoices and payments.

* Investigate and recommend operational process improvements for greater staff efficiency and enhanced owner services.

* Employ or contract services for security, maintenance, housekeeping and administrative personnel.

* Manage and lead onsite staff, provide annual reviews, and address performance improvement.

* Provide support and assistance to the board and designated board committees.

* Oversee the office administration and record keeping.

* Purchase supplies and equipment.

* Review, approve all owner unit modifications, insure compliance throughout all unit upgrade projects.

* Arrange for maintenance and upkeep of the association.

* Provide recommendations to the board for building and grounds improvements.
