Areas: Miami

Administrative assistant for an association in Aventura, CAM license not required. Will provide support to the community association manager in the overall running of the management office and deliver exceptional customer service to owners residents and vendors. Will be expected to conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Return calls and emails throughout the day.

* Receive and respond to all resident calls.

* Create and follow up work orders.

* Create and follow up violation letters.

* Work in conjunction with maintenance and security to process reports.

* Process applications and prepare files for screening.

* Process architectural modifications for contractors.

* Create and keep a calendar for vendors, maintenance, repairs and meetings.

* Process all filing in unit files, vendor files and website.

* May participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communication issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Proficiencies:

* Exceptional organization and problem solving skills.

* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Ability to work within a team environment and independently.

* Computer literate, excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, TOPS and new software. Job #12419
