Areas: Daytona Beach

Onsite association manager for a 200+ unit condominium in Volusia County. Will be responsible for periodic inspections of the community and addressing owner violations. Must timely address issues and inspect work performed before approving invoices. Must be results oriented and professional with a minimum of 2-5 years of expertise as a community association manager.


* Hands on maintenance knowledge and the ability to direct, especially in emergency plumbing and general repair work is a strong plus.

* Hands on project management experience.

* Experience in managing capital projects involving infrastructure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.

* Must have knowledge of capital improvements and project management of construction projects.

* Strong organization and project management skills.

* Self motivated.

* Proficiency in computer software, especially Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and email.

* Proficient in Cinc, TOPS, Outlook, Word and Excel a plus.


* 24 hour emergency response.

* Competitively bid out jobs and projects.

* Schedule and control all outside services and vendors.

* Manage projects and make recommendations to reduce costs.

* Create a long term maintenance plan and calendar.

* Prepare the budget and ensure it is controlled.

* Present at board meetings and prepare minutes.

* Prepare operational procedures for activities, such as, hurricanes and fire prevention.

* Assist with hurricane preparation and implementation of preparedness protocol.

* Maintain a professional, positive relationship with the board and residents at all times. Job #12310
