Areas: Fort Lauderdale

Portfolio manager for associations in Broward County. Will be responsible to oversee the daily operations and beautification of the portfolio, assisting with specific needs of the communities administratively, financially and operationally, while adhering to governing documents of the communities and addressing requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of CAM management experience.

* Working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required. TOPS program knowledge a plus.

* Must possess the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

* Proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills required.

* Excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills, auditory and visual skills required.

* Customer focused service orientation is required.

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with the boards to develop a strategy for successful operations of the communities.

* Attend monthly meetings.

* Conduct routine inspections of the communities to identify necessary repairs and maintenance that should be reported to the Board. Make recommendations for short and long term improvements and maintenance projects.

* Be knowledgeable of the communities' governing documents, articles of incorporation, bylaws, rules and regulations as well as Florida Statutes 718 and 720 and other applicable laws.

* Act as an agent for the communities in contract negotiations, landscaping inspections and other common area projects and inspections.

* Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations.

* Perform and direct administrative and management duties.
