Community association manager intern for a Broward County management company. Will have the opportunity to thrive in a fast paced, strategic environment. Do you have a CAM license, but no one is willing to give you the opportunity to work as a manager? If you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into challenging projects, then you’re ready for an internship.

Seeking full time community association manager interns in Broward County for a 12 week program. This program will introduce the intern into the industry and provide a real time experience in operations. The goal is to train potential employees who will join the company after the program ends. Will support the community association manager with any delegated administrative, financial or operational tasks. The position may include night time meetings.

Requirements:

* Must be capable of interacting with management and possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

* Outstanding customer service.

* Leadership, initiative and strong administrative skills are required.

* Must be able to travel to associations located within West Broward areas.

* Bilingual a plus.

* Computer literacy: intermediate command of computer hardware and software is required, specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

* Education: The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the internship:

* A Bachelor’s Degree is required or must be enrolled at an accredited college/university and in good academic standing.

* Must have a projected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2018.

* Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities:

* Follow an intense 12 week, highly structured training program.

* Learn and apply internal operational procedures related to community association management.

* Adhere to all safety precautions and procedures, while performing duties.
