Onsite manager for a premier residential condominium in Islamorada. This is a private family resort style owner occupied association with an active community that makes living enjoyable and memorable. Irma recovery efforts have been accelerated due to an effective “hands on” board and involved owners helping to make a difference. This community is well respected throughout the upper Keys with a long term vision for safety, comfort and value.

Requirements:

* Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire employees, resolve conflicts and maintain an environment of collaboration.

* 3+ years of experience with condominium, homeowners association, hotel or project management.

* Experience in leading initiatives with internal staff and tracking results.

* Strong communicator to present and interact with owners and board members.

* Skilled analytical troubleshooter.

* Multitasker, organized, ability to change plans as needed.

* Ability to work with computers, software and file records digitally.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the overall supervision of the community.

* Understand and interpret the association bylaws.

* Manage relationships between the owners and the board.

* Create a purpose driven work culture where employees feel empowered and energized.

* Will report directly and solely accountable to the board president.

* Daily survey of the grounds and buildings.

* Daily planning for staff employees and follow up with their progress.

* Coordinate and oversee association projects.

* Identify improvement opportunities to the board president.

* Implement and maintain reporting procedures for accidents, incidents and theft.

* Prepare and maintain budgets while identifying cost saving opportunities.

* Monitor compliance in accordance with the association bylaws.

* Actively direct the enforcement of community rules. Take action to bring deviations into compliance. Job #12485
