Areas: Ocala

Community manager to manage the day to day operation of a 55+ gated community in the Ocala area. A minimum of 3 years of experience in community association management is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Will be responsible to manage team members, daily activities and resources of the community to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals. Will utilize the following skills: active listening and learning, critical thinking, judgment, decision making, coordination, negotiation, persuasion, service orientation, complex problem solving and time management.

Qualifications:

* Demonstrate management and supervisory skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate and manage subordinate staff and team members.

* Must possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

* Provide fiscal management through budget preparation and accounts receivable processes.

* Provide guidance to board members regarding community policies, as defined by state statutes and association documents.

* Solicit and analyze bids from contractors for maintenance and association improvement.

* Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration and improvement of the association.

* Have knowledge of contract analysis and vendor/contractor accountability practices.

* Perform frequent site visits for oversight of vendors and administration of enforcement processes and procedures.

* Ability to multi task and be organized is critical to the position. Job #11133
