Areas: Panhandle

Community association manager / general manager for a gulf front condominium in Panama City Beach. Must have a minimum of 3 years of CAM experience to include the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities associated within the profession. Additionally, must possess related experience and training, or the equivalent of supervisory experience during the past 3 years. Will oversee a multi million dollar budget and manage all aspects of daily operations of the condominium to include: all phases of maintenance for buildings, grounds, and onsite equipment to ensure the community is properly maintained, problem solving within the budget and compliance with all applicable laws, statutes and governing documents of the condominium. Must be an efficient, independent, detail orientated person with exceptional work habits. Will work within a collaborative, team based environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Will act as a liaison between the board and owners. Duties can include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

* Well versed in Florida Statutes 718 and 721.

* Negotiate contracts and leases, supervise maintenance and maintain asset value.

* Experience with large scale renovation projects.

* Knowledge of construction, maintenance, contracts and leasing.

* Demonstrated leadership and management ability.

* Team building, organization and staff development skills.

* Strong communication, supervisory, negotiation and presentation skills.

* Ability to interact with owners, tenants, vendors and employees.

* Ability to relay technical concerns with adequate detail, quickly and accurately.

* Ability to develop and manage budgets.

* High degree of initiative and independent judgment.

* Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

* Computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing software capabilities.

* Able to organize work and consistently meet deadlines.
