Full charge bookkeeper / financial statement coordinator for a West Palm Beach management company, CAM license not required. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is experienced in accounting with a heavy emphasis on the preparation of financial statements. This position requires interaction with coworkers, managers and board members, therefore an excellent customer service attitude is a must.

Requirements:

* Two or more years of condominium and homeowners association accounting experience emphasizing financial reports.

* The ability to explain the financial needs for many large accounts at one time.

* Must be energetic and possess good written and verbal communication skills.

* Must have a positive attitude and professional communication and social skills.

* Must be highly organized with excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, accounting software, TOPS2000, Jenark and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly financial package for multiple associations.

* Research variances on income statement.

* Perform balance sheet reconciliations.

* Assist with budgets.

* Work with auditors at year end.

* Answer questions and assist boards.

* Communicate daily with the department director, reporting issues or concerns as they develop.

* Monday through Friday, 8: 00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
