Areas: West Palm Beach

General manager for a small resort association on Singer Island. Must have at least 5 years of experience in hospitality, preferably at a hotel or timeshare community. A background in hospitality with demonstrated front office, reservations, customer service, communication, and leadership skills would be helpful.

Preferred qualifications include:

* Computer skills including Microsoft Office Word and Excel and association management software.

* Proficiency with Windows programs, email, internet and social media.

* Must be willing to lead by example and act as a hands on leader, assisting maintenance and housekeeping supervisors with physical tasks from time to time.

* Experience with light maintenance and pool and spa care.

* Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with owners, guests, board members and the public.

* Availability to work weekends and holidays and to be on call after hours for emergencies and guest service.

* Good written and verbal English communication skills, with secondary language a plus.

* Ability to prepare clear and concise meeting agendas, notices, minutes and reports.

* Experience with budget preparation, financial statement analyses and P&L reviews.

* Ability to properly research and obtain bids and work professionally with vendors and contractors.
