Areas: Orlando

Part time onsite administration for East Orlando, 32 hours per week, CAM license not required.

Responsibilities:

* Faxing, copying, mailing, filing.

* Data entry.

* Corresponding via email.

* Assisting customers face to face.

* Creating documents.

* Basic office duties, such as answering telephones.

* Assisting with owner inquires.

* Keeping track of rentals, meetings and events.

* Assisting onsite team with day to day responsibilities.

Qualifications:

* Able to work independently with attention to detail and follow up skills.

* Able to deal with potentially volatile situations with calm authority.

* Able to communicate effectively with staff and residents.

* Positive can do attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to adapt to growing community.

* Possess good organizational and computer skills.

* Prior experience working with homeowners associations, assisting boards, preparing association meetings, assisting management team with project management and working with contractors and vendors is a plus.

* Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Job #12289
