Association manager for Panama City Beach. Must possess a strong managerial background, including 3 years of experience as a manager. Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices required. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, leases and regulations is necessary. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Responsibilities include working closely with the board to manage and operate the community. Strong management skills, customer service skills and supervisory skills are required.

* Analyze advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions to problems and makes recommendations to the board.

* Develop and submit complete and accurate annual budget.

* Listen attentively to questions and comments. Communicates in a professional and composed demeanor under all circumstances.

* Respond to phone calls and correspondence in a timely, professional manner.

* Encourage staff to behave in a professional manner and comply with safety standards. Motivate staff to work as a team.

* Create a management report, which depicts the actual condition of the building, progress of specific projects and makes clear and concise recommendations. Job #12285
