Condominium manager for a luxury, oceanfront association in Fort Lauderdale. Must have a minimum of 7 years of community association management experience and excellent mechanical skills and knowledge. The ability to work independently is necessary. Bookkeeping knowledge is important, QuickBooks experience helpful.

Requirements:

* Strong leadership and managerial skills.

* Ability to establish a professional, yet personal relationship with owners.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily management of a seaside building.

* Manage total direct staff and outsourced vendors.

* Maintain a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for owners.

* Update and improve the community to increase return.

* Prepare an annual budget and manage expenses within the budget confines.

* Oversee bookkeeping, all financial reporting and the management of payroll.

* Negotiate all contracts with third party vendors.

* Oversee the management of the mechanical infrastructure and common areas.

* Accept applications and references of prospective unit purchasers.

* Operate association matters and advise the board to be compliant with all relevant matters of law, statute and ordinances relevant to condominiums. Job #10956
