Portfolio manager for condominiums and homeowners associations in the Gainesville area. Should have 2-3 years of experience as a portfolio manager. Must be energetic and love working with a great team.


* Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office, TOPS and email applications.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi task.

* Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

* Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.

* Expert level organizational skills.


* Maintain all associations at a high level of operation, keeping up with vendors, homeowners, trends, etc.

* Prepare postings, board packets for meetings and attend board meetings.

* Keep a call log tracking all calls inbound and outbound and updating homeowner information in TOPS.

* Utilize TOPS to track violations, prepare reports and issue work orders.

* Maintain a monthly calendar of activities, meetings and postings.

* Meet with vendors to track performance.

* Meet with owners to discuss violations and action plans.

* Respond to all emails and phone calls with 24 business hours in a professional manner.

* Research projects for communities as well as proactively present ideas to the boards for future enhancement of a community.

* Prepare balanced budgets annually for the communities. Must also be able to follow a budget for the communities throughout the year.

* Prepare mailers for communities.

* Meet weekly with the team to go over open work orders to facilitate.

* Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for consistency.

* Complete end of the month reporting.
