Areas: Orlando

Portfolio manager for associations in the Kissimmee area. Will be responsible for managing the relationships with the boards and owners and overseeing the maintenance of the grounds, common areas, amenities and other assets.


* Deal with resident inquiries and requests in a timely and customer oriented manner.

* Draft annual budgets, read and understand financial statements and explain delinquency procedures and reports.

* Process, approve and code all vendor invoices for payment in a timely manner.

* Attend and participate in meetings.

* Keep the boards apprised of all unusual problems or situations.

* Oversee operations and maintenance of all associations’ facilities.

* Conduct inspections of communities to ensure proper maintenance.

* Monitor all vendor and contractor activities.

* Know each association's governing documents and enforcing community compliance.

* Manage architectural design review processes.


* Associates Degree and 5 years of community association management experience.

* CMCA a plus.

* Working knowledge of federal and state laws governing the operation of community associations.

* Excellent people skills and proven ability to maintain working relationships with developers, boards, owners, vendors and fellow employees.

* Strong organizational and analytical skills.

* Experience with contract negotiation and facility management.

* Strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets with math skills required to read, understand and create spreadsheets and graphs.

* Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

* Must be able to attend board meetings, including in the evenings and respond to after hours emergencies.

* Developer client experience including deficit funding.

* Strong command of the English language required, bilingual in Spanish a plus. Job #12257
