CAM manager for a cooperative member owned mobile home community in Bradenton. The community has a large clubhouse that has an active social calendar. Amenities include pool, spa, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and horseshoes.

Duties include overall management of the association. Managing and directing a staff of 3, 1 administrative assistant and 2 maintenance people. Will advise and direct the board in their governance of the community. Will prepare and control the budget and expenses. Will comply with and adhere to Florida Statutes 719 and 723.

Requirements for this position include 4 or more years of management in a similar operation. High school diploma with college experience and degree preferred. Thorough knowledge of MicroSoft Office required, with E class knowledge with Centennial Bank preferred. This position will be available in late February. Job #12326
