Areas: West Palm Beach Boca Raton Fort Lauderdale Miami

Regional director for Southeast Florida. Must be dynamic and experienced to be responsible for managing client loyalty, profitability and long term retention through strategic management and key business insights. Must present strong leadership values and mentorship skills that are supported by an outstanding customer service mentality. Will lead a team of community managers and staff using these attributes for delivering exceptional association management services to clients.

Responsibilities: The Management of People

* Attract, develop and retain a diverse team of managers, who exceed the expectations of managing the client needs.

* Support the on boarding of new managers for existing and new clients.

* Provide ongoing training, coaching, and career development for team members.

* Lead by example. Influence and mentor every team member by communicating the importance of having a positive attitude, demonstrate professionalism and consistently displaying a strong work ethic.

* Hold oneself and managers accountable for completing association management tasks and activities in alignment with company goals and objectives.

* Collaborate with other departments to deliver measurable results.

* Provide constructive feedback, coaching, regular check ins, structured one on one meetings, perform annual reviews.

* Hold regular team meetings giving and receiving information on company initiatives, client expectations, budget and financial reviews, training and department objectives.

Responsibilities: Relationship Management

* Work alongside department managers to develop and perform client relationship plans.

* Execute plans that resolve client issues and capitalize on opportunities.

* Partner with and leverage internal support teams to deliver high quality and prompt customer service in line with company goals and client expectations.

* Effectively lead the implementation and management of corporate initiatives, always seeking a positive outcome.

* Build strong relationships with board members who provide leadership to the communities as a trusted advisor.

* Follow through on commitments made with honesty and transparency.

* Work through, influence and understand the financial and operational goals for each client including capital improvement projects, financial challenges, board goals and objectives.

* Communicate regularly and strategically with board members for the purpose of providing information and influence to gain consensus.

* Oversee the thorough on boarding of new clients, communicate and follow through on expectations moving forward.

* Effectively manage the seamless transition of managers at associations, to prevent any disruption in the levels of service with the client.

Responsibilities:- Operations Management

* Take ownership for the customer experience, client retention, growth, profitability, manager and staff of your book of business.

* Accountable for obtaining timely renewals.

* Responsible for maintaining growth and profitability of each account through the addition of new products and services based on client needs and pricing.

* Participate with senior leadership to develop business plans and supports the delivery of company initiative to all direct reports in line with strategic objectives.

* Use company tools, technology, policies and philosophies in the role and integration of the team and staff.

* Work with leadership to review manager assignments to ensure adequate balance of association, appropriate workload and seamless manager transitions.

* Review board packets, financial reports and other related client deliverables in support of the manager or as required, based on an agreed upon schedule.

* Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this role.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Demonstrated success as a regional manager.

* Supervisory responsibilities a must.

* Seven plus years experience in residential association management.

* Ability to articulate and translate organizational change and generate an approach with solutions that drive results and client satisfaction.

* Demonstrate success working with and managing cross functional teams and committees to achieve desired results.

* Excellent decision making and analytical skills that effectively tackle issues and challenges.

* Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and effective delivery of changes, solutions or updates.

* Excellent leadership, coaching and motivation skills.

* Additional education such as Bachelors degree in business or related fields a plus.

* Valid state driver’s license and state mandated vehicle insurance.

* Complete and thorough understanding of Florida Status 718 and 720.
