Community association manager for a community in Daytona Beach. Will provide management, direction and leadership to ensure the association is maintained. Must have 2-5 years of CAM experience. Responsibilities include working closely with the association and board to manage and operate the community and facilitate solutions to problems. Strong management skills, customer service skills and supervisory skills in support of the care and maintenance of the community.

Responsibilities:

* Inspect the community and make maintenance recommendations.

* Develop and submit complete and accurate annual budget, meet all deadlines and demonstrate thorough analysis and consideration for the goals of the asset as well as market conditions to make qualified decisions.

* Develop and maintain an effective ongoing resident relation plan, implement initiatives, and maintain an operating environment to achieve a satisfactory level of resident services.

* Analyze advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions to problems and make recommendations to the board.

* Prepare for and attend board meetings, present manager reports and financial reports.

* Fully develop all potential revenue opportunities.
