Accounting clerk and receivables clerk for an office in the Lake Mary Area. Must have good organization and follow up skills, great communication, know basic math, Excel, Word, Outlook and be a team player.


* Posting payments.

* Collection of revenue by reviewing accounts and sending delinquent notices.

* Answering calls in regards to customer accounts.

* Research payments and addresses.

* Review documents.

* Work with attorneys and collection agency.

* Filing and scanning.

Accounting Clerk:

* Review and pay invoices though an automated system.

* Review coding of invoices and correct.

* Contact vendors to obtain required documentation to issue payments.

* Bank statement reconciliation.

* Review of balance sheet, income expense reports.

* Journal entries.

* Work directly with the director of Accounting.
