Maintenance technician for the Destin area, CAM license not required. Must have a minimum of 2 years of condominium maintenance experience. Must also possess a license or certification in at least 1 maintenance type skill, plus maintain a Certified Pool Operators License (CPO). Speaking, reading and writing in English is also required. Vocational training/certification in one of the following areas: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry or HVAC experience is a plus. $500 sign on bonus, a salary commensurate with experience and full benefits.
