Community association manager for a condominium on Longboat Key. Must have 5-7 years in leadership and CAM management experience. Will have full responsibilities for the operation of the community. The community includes a clubhouse and many landscaped acres. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing employees, a good financial background and knowledge of building structures and systems. Computer literacy, proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft applications are important. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Should have a solid grasp of working with governing documents, project management, analyzing and managing bids and contractors, preparing and conducting association meetings.
All employees of the associations will report to you and you will receive direction from the president. Committees will provide additional support services to assist your effectiveness and provide cover for absences and off hour onsite services.
Responsibilities will require that you have both mobile and desktop access to all files that will allow you to perform functions when and where needed. Must provide your own smartphone. The association will provide a portable computer and additional monitor to be used in the office and securely in your home. Will also provide the software and licenses.
Must obtain a Florida Notary license and pursue continuing education to keep or enhance your current CAM licensure, which will be reimbursed in most cases without preapproval.
The normal work week is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Seasonal traffic should be taken into consideration and may cause altering of the normal work week. Must flex hours and availability to meet the needs of the community as they arise.
Will receive an annual performance review and will be entitled to bonuses and wage increases that factor inflation, responsibilities and performance. Salary, benefits, paid holidays, 15 days paid vacation and 10 paid personal days. Job #12102
