Areas: Tampa

Regional director of operations for a community association management company in the Tampa Bay area. Will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of multiple community associations within your designated region. Will be responsible for ensuring that company standards of excellence are consistently met across all associations under your supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth within the region.

2. Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and guidance to community association managers and onsite staff to ensure efficient day to day operations of community associations.

3. Budget Management: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets for each community, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to financial goals.

4. Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring high quality service delivery.

5. Compliance and Regulations: Stay up to date on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies.

6. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the region, fostering positive relationships and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

7. Team Development: Mentor and develop managers and staff members to enhance their skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

8. Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

9. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response protocols to ensure the safety and security of residents and associations during critical incidents.

10. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, human resources, and legal, to support company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

* 5+ years of experience in community association management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

* Strong knowledge of community association management principles, practices and industry regulations.

* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

* Proven track record of strategic planning, budget management and operational optimization.

* Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and association management software.
