Experienced chief engineer for a condominium in Sunny Isles Beach, CAM license not required. Should have extensive hands on experience in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems, including:
* HVAC systems
* Plumbing systems
* Electrical systems
* Mechanical and life safety systems
* Building automation systems
* Preventive maintenance programs
* Vendor and contractor management
* General building operations and maintenance
