Areas: Vero Beach

Onsite manager for an association in the Palm Bay area. Should have experience with site inspections, covenant enforcement, assisting the board with the day to day aspects of managing an association, preparing for and conducting association meetings, reviewing financial reports, preparing budgets, project management, preparing service bids and overseeing contractors. Must be knowledgeable with Florida statutes and be proficient with understanding and executing the requirements of the governing documents. Experience in an environment requiring high levels of customer service, highly motivated and confident professional, excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, proven leadership, problem solving skills, competent in Excel, Word, Outlook and experience with financial reports and budgets.

* 2+ years of work experience in association management with prior people and project management experience with community associations.

* Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience in association software, such as Caliber, is helpful.

* Will be responsible for the management and implementation of the procedures and programs that will ensure a well managed and maintained community.

* Ability to work with a team. Will be supported by a large team of accounting, administrative, mailroom, architectural review and other support staff. The ability to communicate with the team is essential.

* Operations Management: Responsible for the daily operations of all aspects of the association to ensure excellent service.

* Maintenance: Solicit bids, provide comparisons and monitor all maintenance programs relating to the association and aesthetic appearance of the community, build strong relationships with vendors.

* Owner Representation: The sole and ultimate liaison for all resolutions, utilizing sound business judgment to resolve issues and conflicts.

* Communication: Manage account information with the utmost confidentiality, communicate professionally and effectively.

* Develop and monitor the budget on a timely basis.

* Coordinate, negotiate and issues vendor contracts for services.

* Prepare a monthly board package consisting of a management report outlining actions required, proposals, correspondence and financial reporting.
