Condominium manager for an oceanfront association in New Smyrna Beach. At least 5 years of CAM experience is required. Will be responsible for all condominium and association management duties.

* Knowledge of association bylaws and the Florida Condominium Act.
* Excellent board support and owner relations.
* Professional and constructive supervision of staff, vendors and contractors.
* Staff payroll and management.
* Effective meeting attendance, reporting, budgeting, accounting, planning and project management.
* Detailed accounting oversight and approval.
* Monthly association reporting.
* Weekly board reporting.
* Responsible association bank account execution.
* Self direction, skilled communication, detail orientation, high energy and time management.
