Portfolio manager for associations in the West Palm Beach area. A minimum of 3-5 years of portfolio management experience and superior administrative skills are required.

Requirements:

* Must have sufficient proficiency in budget preparation and understanding a financial statement.

* Strong problem resolution and organization skills.

* Proficient in CINC, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Strong Room and MS365.

* Strong written and communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus.

* Experienced with budget preparation and financial review.

* Time sheets and experience with general human resources practices.

* Knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes.

* Time management skills.

* Organize and attend annual and monthly board meetings for multiple associations.

* Proficient working with contractors, obtaining bids and negotiation contracts, overseeing building projects and maintaining external contracts.

* Supervisor experience, supervising and overseeing maintenance and janitorial staff.

* Impeccable organization skills.
