Bookkeeper for an oceanfront high rise condominium in Bal Harbour, CAM license not required. Will also answer phones, prepare work requests, file, use software program to enter maintenance requests, update system for new owners and keep the office supplies organized, distributed and ordered.

Accounts Receivable:

* Collect monthly maintenance, work order income and special assessments.

* Keep detailed ledgers on all accounts.

* Send letters on delinquent accounts.

* Any delinquency over 60 days is sent to the attorney for collection.

* Maintain all unit owner files.

* Maintain accurate files and ledgers.

* Review and pay invoices as needed.

* Assist CPA in yearly audit of the books.

* Keep payables and receivables in proper accounts.

Payroll:

* Maintain time clock and time sheets.

* Prepare payroll for payroll company.

* Prepare all accounting entries into QuickBooks.

* Maintain files on all employees with up to date calculations on sick days, vacation days and holidays.

* Keep employees current on health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance and 401k.

* Transfer funds to appropriate accounts, distribute pay checks.

Budgeting:

* Preserve and format budget and budget worksheets in Excel.

* Work directly with the manager to prepare the yearly budget to allow for needed revenues to accomplish building needs.

Human Resources:

* Review applications and send prospective employee information for background testing and drug testing.

* Set up new employee in payroll company website.

* Keep confidential files on all employees.

Bank Reconciliations:

* Prepare monthly bank reconciliations on all accounts and maintain files.

Meeting Notices and Minutes:

* Attend board meetings and prepare minutes.
