September 02, 2019 - Community Association Manager: $68,000-$74,000

Areas:

Community association manager for a high rise condominium in Hallandale Beach. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing the day to day operations of the association. Will manage and work with existing staff consisting of an office manager and maintenance engineer. Teamwork and people skills are a must! Must have at least 7 years of CAM experience.

Requirements:

* Strong written and communication skills.

* Solid knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

* Superior skills in management and oversight of a condominium.

* Must possess a pleasant and professional manner and demeanor in working with the board, owners, renters, guests, vendors and staff.

* Knowledge of condominium finances and collaborate with CPA and accounting firm to ensure adherence to budget constraints.

* Exceptional experience with budget preparation and financial review.

* Working knowledge of Statute 718.

* Outstanding proficiency with working with contractors, obtaining bids, negotiating contracts and overseeing building projects.

* Oversee, organize and attend monthly and annual board meetings.

* Must possess excellent organization skills.

* Act as consultant and adviser to the board with assertive problem resolution skills.

* Plan, oversee and manage execution of repairs and capital projects.

* Manage the bid process for vendors and contractors.

* Manage and oversee all contractors.

* With the maintenance engineer, manage and ensure contractors for unit owners adhere to condominium rules.

* Supervise employees and manage staff schedules.

* Review invoices to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

* Provide insurance oversight.

* Enforce condominium rules and policies including preparing violation letters and follow up. Job #11371
