Our board or directors realized the challenge of finding a replacement for our retiring manager of 17 years. We found information about your service online, and from that point on you were part of our team. The 5 resumes you sent were reviewed and upon the selection of 1 candidate, we took your advice and scheduled a phone interview.

It appeared, at this point, that both parties were both interested in a personal interview. An overnight trip was arranged, at our expense. This went well and we made a job offer, which was accepted.
